How MagneticBlox handles app and subscription data
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Town76 Labs handles information in MagneticBlox. If you have questions, contact us at info@town76labs.com.
MagneticBlox is designed for family use. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible and do not sell personal information.
2. Information Stored in the App
The app may store local preferences and progress on your device, such as selected language, model favorites, build progress, inventory counts, settings, achievements, profile name, and optional avatar selection.
This information is used to operate the app experience and is not used for third-party advertising.
3. Purchases and Subscription Services
When you purchase MagneticBlox Pro, the transaction is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We use RevenueCat to help validate subscription status and unlock Pro access. Subscription-related identifiers and purchase status may be processed for this purpose.
4. Children’s Privacy
MagneticBlox does not require a child account, email address, precise location, or social profile to use the core app.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us at the email above and we will review and delete it where appropriate.
5. Device Permissions
If you choose a profile photo, the app may request access to your photo library. This is optional and used only for the profile avatar feature.
The app does not need precise location permission for its core features.
6. Sharing and Retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate purchases, subscriptions, app stores, diagnostics, or legal compliance.
Local app data remains on your device unless removed by you, the operating system, or the app. Subscription records are retained by the relevant app store and service providers according to their policies.
7. Your Choices
You can change app settings in the Profile screen, manage subscriptions in your app store account, and contact us to ask privacy questions.
You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from the device, subject to operating system backup behavior.

2. Uygulamada Saklanan Bilgiler
Uygulama; seçili dil, favori modeller, inşa ilerlemesi, envanter adetleri, ayarlar, başarımlar, profil adı ve isteğe bağlı avatar seçimi gibi tercih ve ilerleme bilgilerini cihazınızda yerel olarak saklayabilir.
Bu bilgiler uygulama deneyimini çalıştırmak için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraf reklamcılık için kullanılmaz.
3. Satın Almalar ve Abonelik Hizmetleri
MagneticBlox Pro satın aldığınızda işlem Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından yürütülür. Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almayız veya saklamayız.
Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak ve Pro erişimini açmak için RevenueCat kullanırız. Bu amaçla abonelikle ilgili tanımlayıcılar ve satın alma durumu işlenebilir.
4. Çocukların Gizliliği
MagneticBlox, temel uygulama kullanımı için çocuk hesabı, e-posta adresi, hassas konum veya sosyal profil gerektirmez.
Bir çocuğun doğrudan bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız yukarıdaki e-posta adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin; uygun olduğunda inceleyip sileriz.
5. Cihaz İzinleri
Profil fotoğrafı seçerseniz uygulama fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişim izni isteyebilir. Bu isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca profil avatarı özelliği için kullanılır.
Uygulamanın temel özellikleri için hassas konum izni gerekmez.
6. Paylaşım ve Saklama
Kişisel bilgileri satmayız. Satın alma, abonelik, uygulama mağazası, tanılama veya hukuki uyumluluk süreçlerine yardımcı olan hizmet sağlayıcılarla sınırlı bilgi paylaşabiliriz.
Yerel uygulama verileri siz, işletim sistemi veya uygulama kaldırmadıkça cihazınızda kalır. Abonelik kayıtları ilgili uygulama mağazası ve hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından kendi politikalarına göre saklanır.
7. Seçimleriniz
Profil ekranından uygulama ayarlarını değiştirebilir, abonelikleri uygulama mağazası hesabınızdan yönetebilir ve gizlilik soruları için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı silerek, işletim sistemi yedekleme davranışları saklı kalmak üzere, cihazda yerel olarak saklanan uygulama verilerini kaldırabilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler ve İletişim
