MagneticBlox usage and subscription terms
1. Who We Are
MagneticBlox is operated by Town76 Labs. You can contact us at info@town76labs.com. These Terms explain how you may use the MagneticBlox app and any related Pro subscription features.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the app, their parent or legal guardian is responsible for that use and for any purchase decisions.
2. The App
MagneticBlox provides a step-by-step 3D building experience for magnetic block models. The app may include free models and Pro models.
Model availability, catalog content, features, and supported devices may change over time as we improve the app.
New models may be added to the catalog from time to time. The frequency of new model additions may vary, and we may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time without prior notice. A Pro subscription provides access to current and future Pro models while it is active, but it is not a promise of any specific number of models or any particular release schedule.
The app may offer optional reminder notifications. They require your permission, are delivered locally by your device, and can be turned off at any time from the Profile screen or your device notification settings. We may change or discontinue this feature at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
MagneticBlox Pro unlocks Pro model access in the catalog. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store and, where used, RevenueCat as a subscription service provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
The app does not collect or store your payment card details.
4. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
The app is designed for families and children, but subscription decisions and account management should be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
A parent gate may be shown before purchase-related areas to help prevent children from making purchase decisions without adult involvement.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the app for personal, family, and educational play. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or copy app content for commercial distribution.
6. No Professional Advice
MagneticBlox is for creative play and guidance only. It is not a safety certification, product manual, engineering tool, or substitute for adult supervision when children use physical toys.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the date shown above when we do.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content, models, or instructions are complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all such warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Town76 Labs and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the app.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or the relevant subscription in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

MagneticBlox, Town76 Labs tarafından işletilir. Bize info@town76labs.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Bu Şartlar, MagneticBlox uygulamasını ve Pro abonelik özelliklerini nasıl kullanabileceğinizi açıklar.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı bir çocuk kullanıyorsa, bu kullanımdan ve satın alma kararlarından ebeveyni veya yasal vasisi sorumludur.
2. Uygulama
MagneticBlox, manyetik blok modelleri için adım adım 3B inşa deneyimi sunar. Uygulamada ücretsiz modeller ve Pro modeller bulunabilir.
Model erişimi, katalog içeriği, özellikler ve desteklenen cihazlar uygulamayı geliştirdikçe zaman içinde değişebilir.
Kataloğa zaman zaman yeni modeller eklenebilir. Yeni model ekleme sıklığı değişebilir; bu sıklığı önceden haber vermeksizin dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, duraklatabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Pro aboneliği, aktif olduğu sürece mevcut ve gelecekteki Pro modellere erişim sağlar; ancak belirli sayıda model veya belirli bir yayın takvimi taahhüdü değildir.
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı hatırlatma bildirimleri sunabilir. Bu bildirimler izninizi gerektirir, cihazınız tarafından yerel olarak gösterilir ve dilediğiniz zaman Profil ekranından veya cihazınızın bildirim ayarlarından kapatılabilir. Bu özelliği dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
3. Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar
MagneticBlox Pro, katalogdaki Pro model erişimini açar. Satın almalar ve abonelikler ilgili uygulama mağazası tarafından ve kullanıldığı durumlarda abonelik hizmet sağlayıcısı RevenueCat aracılığıyla işlenir.
Abonelikler, mevcut fatura dönemi bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi Apple App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulama ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi toplamaz veya saklamaz.
4. Ebeveyn veya Vasi Sorumluluğu
Uygulama aileler ve çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır; ancak abonelik kararları ve hesap yönetimi ebeveyn veya yasal vasi tarafından yapılmalıdır.
Çocukların yetişkin onayı olmadan satın alma kararları vermesini azaltmak için satın alma ile ilgili alanlardan önce bir ebeveyn kapısı gösterilebilir.
5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kişisel, aile içi ve eğitim amaçlı oyun için kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kötüye kullanamaz, çalışmasını engelleyemez, satın alma kontrollerini aşmaya çalışamaz veya uygulama içeriğini ticari dağıtım için kopyalayamazsınız.
6. Profesyonel Tavsiye Değildir
MagneticBlox yaratıcı oyun ve rehberlik içindir. Uygulama bir güvenlik sertifikası, ürün kılavuzu, mühendislik aracı veya çocuklar fiziksel oyuncaklarla oynarken yetişkin gözetiminin yerine geçen bir hizmet değildir.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve Değişiklikler
Bakım, güvenlik, hukuki veya ürün nedenleriyle uygulamanın bazı bölümlerini güncelleyebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki tarihi de değiştiririz.
8. Garantilerin Reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur; açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Buna ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve hak ihlali içermeme yönündeki zımni garantiler dahildir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını ya da içeriğinin, modellerinin veya talimatlarının eksiksiz veya doğru olduğunu garanti etmeyiz.
İlgili hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde bu garantileri reddederiz. Bazı ülkelerin mevzuatı belirli garantilerin hariç tutulmasına izin vermez; bu durumda yukarıdaki hariç tutmaların bir kısmı sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.
9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
İlgili hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Town76 Labs ile sahipleri, çalışanları ve hizmet sağlayıcıları, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan doğan ya da bununla ilgili hiçbir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç niteliğindeki veya cezai zarardan ya da veri, kâr veya itibar kaybından sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Sorumluluğun hariç tutulamadığı durumlarda, uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talebe ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe yol açan olaydan önceki on iki (12) ay içinde uygulama veya ilgili abonelik için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu Şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve feragat edilemeyen yasal haklarınız dahil olmak üzere, ilgili hukuka göre hariç tutulamayan veya sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu hariç tutmaz veya sınırlamaz.
